What we can help with
- Sizing and fit. Send your mattress height (measure from the top of the crown to the bottom edge) and we will tell you which cut to order. This is our most common question and we never tire of it — a protector that fits is the whole product.
- Choosing a protection type. Fitted protector, full encasement or both — describe the situation (allergies, small kids, a move, a rental) and we will give you a straight answer, including when the cheaper option is the right one.
- Care questions. Wash temperatures, drying, what shortens membrane life. Most of it is covered in our care guide, and we are happy to fill in the gaps.
Orders, delivery and returns
Purchases are fulfilled by our retail partner, so questions about a specific order — tracking, delivery windows, a return already in motion — are handled fastest through the order page in the account you bought from. The policies that apply are summarized on our shipping and returns pages.
